Warranty Policy

At Keke’s Tires, we are committed to providing quality tires to our customers. We offer warranty coverage for both new and used tires to ensure your satisfaction and address any manufacturing defects or issues that may arise. Please review the following warranty policy for new and used tires:

New Tire Warranty

1.1 Manufacturer’s Warranty: New tires purchased from Keke’s Tires are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. The terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty vary by brand and tire model. Please refer to the specific manufacturer’s warranty documentation provided with your tire purchase for details regarding coverage, limitations, and claim procedures.

1.2 Tire Installation: To be eligible for the manufacturer’s warranty, new tires must be professionally installed by a qualified technician. Proper installation is crucial to the performance and longevity of the tires. Retain a copy of the installation receipt as proof of professional installation.

1.3 Warranty Claim: In the event of a potential warranty claim for a new tire, please contact our customer service team with details of the issue. We will guide you through the warranty claim process and assist in liaising with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Used Tire Warranty

2.1 Coverage: Keke’s Tires provides a limited warranty for used tires against any defects or issues that affect their performance. The warranty coverage period for used tires is typically 30 days from the date of purchase.

2.2 Warranty Exclusions: The following conditions are not covered under the used tire warranty:

a. Tire wear: Normal wear and tear, including tread wear, is not covered.
b. Damage from road hazards: Damage caused by punctures, cuts, impact, or other road hazards is not covered.
c. Improper use or maintenance: Damage resulting from improper inflation, overloading, racing, or any other misuse or neglect is not covered.
d. Repairs or alterations: Any repairs or alterations performed on the tire by a third party without prior authorization voids the warranty.
e. Improper installation: Used tires must be installed by a qualified technician using proper methods. Improper installation voids the warranty.

2.3 Warranty Claim: To initiate a warranty claim for a used tire, please contact our customer service team with details of the issue. We may request relevant information, such as photographs or documentation, to assess the claim. If the claim is deemed valid, we will work with you to provide a suitable resolution, which may include tire replacement or a pro-rated refund based on the remaining tread depth.
